We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, contact messages and answers to the five-question business diagnostic. Technical security and access records may also be generated when the website is used.

We use this information to provide a relevant diagnostic recommendation, unlock selected portfolio content, respond to enquiries, evaluate potential projects, improve our services, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Consent and choices
The diagnostic lead form asks for your consent before submission. You can choose not to submit the form, although the gated portfolio will remain unavailable. You may withdraw consent for future contact at any time by emailing us.

Diagnostic submissions are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the business enquiry, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for legal, contractual or security reasons.
